DC Variable Power Supply

Hi,

I am wanting to make a power supply (to test kits that I make at home).

(Would this one work 0-30 VDC STABILIZED POWER SUPPLY WITH CURRENT CONTROL 0.002-3 A)?

I would require 0-30V DC (variable), and possibly current control. If you have any websites or schematics with power supplies that cover my requirements please feel free share them.
