Hi every body
Recently I started to design a buck converter to drive a DC motor.
Vin=200v
Iout=4A
Vout=variable between 5 to 180v
I used a IR2117 IC to drive my mosfet (FQA11N900).
when I test my PWM pulse on Vgs of MOSFET without any voltage on drain of mosfet every thing is OK but when I connect Vin to drain, PWM pulse on Vgs disappears and it turns to narrow spike like pulses.
Please tell me what is it reason.
thank you
