DataSheet for this IC

Hi,
can anyone help me with this IC below? It is some kind of a counter or something. I found it on toner of my printer.

So, the numbers on it are:
92122
Q931 (not sure Q or 0)

And this is what I've found so far:

It looks like an I2C eeprom, maybe with a house part number. Google 24C02 for a generic datasheet.

See whether pin 1 -4 are shorted??
In most case of EEPROM 1- 4 will be shorted and connected to Vss
5 SDA DATA
6 SCl Clock
7 WP Write Protect
8 Vcc

Half of the pins matches with your description..just check for pin 1 - 4 ..
