Datasheet for The IR9416 and IR9425

Hiya Guy's,
I've tried now on 2 occasions to find the datasheets for the above chips without sucess. I've got a few of the chips on some Fisher & Paykel motor control boards and I would be keen to see if they are N or P channel fets. Even a search on the IR site didnt come up with any results so if someone can provide a link to the datasheets i'll be greatfull.

Often such boards use in-house numbers on the semiconductors, so you can't get datasheets for them.
