Can any one help me out finding out datasheet of M51161P which is used as ALC/MIC/Equalizer/Recoring Amp of Cassette Recorder.

Your best bet if you can't find a data sheet for it is to scope the leads while it's in a working circuit and try to figure out for yourself what each line is for.
