Is there any body have a data sheet for 90N33 and 70N33 FET that used for plasma power supply inventer circuitand please give me equelent "FET" for thoes

both of the Fets you mentioned seem to be custom made transistors and there are no datasheets on them published.

Do you have the manufacturer logo and package description? 70N30 and 90N30 are igbt, might be related?
