Data sheet for D8251AFC

I am looking for a datasheet on a chip. It is a NEC chip, D8251AFC. I have not been able to find the datasheet on this chip. I have chips on hand that are D8251AC. I do not know what the "F" means in the chip name. Can anyone help me find the datasheet for the D8251AFC, or can someone tell me what the "F" means in the chip name, and would the chips I have be compatable with what I am looking for????

Looks like an antique USART chip? (1986!), try it and see! - the ending letters often don't mean very much.
