Data logger using PIC 16F684

Hi

i wanted to design a datalogger using PIC 16F684, can any one help me with circuit and C codes.

the inputs are temperature and speed pulses(from hall effect sensor giving 8 pulse/ rev) i wanted to monitor these two parameter & store them in Memory later read through RS232 port

please guide me on this
