Hows everybody doing?

Would you allow a moment of your expertise to help me write a code on unipolar stepper motor sequences and bipolar stepper motor sequences using Data Acquistion card on Matlab?

The unipolar stepper motor will be used to turn a pipe clockwise and the bipolar stepper motor will turn a single array sensor up and down the pipe to look inside it for particles.

The Data Acquistion card coding will provide the drive for both the stepper motors. The stepper motor driver will be connected to a stepper motor drive board(as you already know).

Thanking you in advance.Thank you.

I have done serial data acquisition with matlab and use if for data processing. Do you have the acquisition toolbox? That will likely be a first step in getting the matlab workspace to "talk" to your daq card. You might also look at the mathworks website (/matlabcentral) for advise. There are people "there" who do this type of thing (specific to Matlab) on a regular basis... Sorry moderator if links to "other" websites aren't allowed... If your daq is NI, they have some decent tools which are competitive in pricing to mathworks stuff...
