current amplifire

pleas,i will like someone to help me with a circuit diagram of a current amplifire 3.9A to 8.3A at 240V

What are you really trying to do?
I have a feeling that this is is not gong to be a practical idea.

One must also wonder whether orume is thinking AC or DC.

You can't make energy!
so
To get 8.3A at 240 out you need 480Volts at 3.9A to put in.
The V x A on the left side must be equal the V x A on the other side of the equation.
By equal I an saying in theory they must be equal, then there is power loss in every machine so it probably takes 1000 watts in to get 800 watts out.
so
Power in - power loss to heat = power out
