CP-PIC877 help

I am using a ETT CP-PIC877 V1.0 Pic development board with WinPic800 software. I can only get the pic programmed if I select LVP in the hardware setup in WinPic800. Because of the LVP mode, I can't use RB3 as an I/O pin.
Is there any setting within the winPic800 software I can change to let me use the non LVP mode:confused: ?
