Can we use Cooler Master Heatsink Fan Processor PC Intel LGA 775 or other Intel cooling fan, for Ryzen 5 5000 series CPU?

How's thumb rule to accomplish it correctly ?

The only heatsinks I've seen that work with both Intel and AMD come with different fixing bracket assemblies for the two different socket types.

If the heatsink you have only has one set of fixings, I doubt it can safely be used for the other type.
