Looking to replace some bad mosfets with IGBT,s the part number on the Mosfets are ( FUJI FMH23N50E ) TO-3P (N-CH) 500V 23A 0.245Ω 315W. If someone could make A recommendation for an IGBT alternative I would be very great full. Not sure if it maters but its for a plasma cuter / welder .
