Greetings, I want to see if someone could help me to convert 4.5 V with AA batteries connected in series to 9V @ 1.5 A.

I found that I can bend with the 555 voltage, but the voltage drops when I sued the 1.5 A, there would be some way of raising the voltage and simultaneously obtain 1.5.

for all thank you.

Hector

If your converter was 100% efficient, then to get 1.5A at 9V would require the batteries to supply 3A at 4.5V. How long do you think you can draw 3A from a AA?

Simply look at Energizer's and Duracell's websites for the datasheets of their AA cells.
