Constant AC output

Hi!
I designed a Resonant circuit. In which at 100Vac/50Hz input I am getting 75Vac/ 45kHz output. But when I increase the input voltage i.e. at 230Vac/50Hz the output varies and I get 130Vac/45KHz.
I want constant AC output regardless of the AC input. Please help me to solve this issue?
I want to apply input volatge form 100Vac to 300Vac. Output voltage required constant 120Vac.
