confused please help

i have confused, this is my quetion, i want a 89C51 IC for a one of circuit, so i checked it in online to buy, but there are three different kind of ICs, ( 89C51-PC, 89C51-PI, 89C51-PU ) which one i want to buy ??? please help me!!!!

P = PDIP ( plastic dual inline pin ).... Then... I = Industrial -40 to +85°C.... C = commercial 0 to 70°C.... Not sure about U.

So it depends on temperature....
