Computerised Digital Weighing Scale, digital blood pressure & electronic stethoscope

Hi friends!
Just designed a digital weighing scale, digi blood pressure apparatus and a digital stethoscope but I need tu get them to display their results on my computer screen where it can be saved in the patients file. How do I Get to achieve this? Do I need an interface or software, if any?

Depending on the data format output from the scale etc you will probably need both.
