I need to replace this components can anyone help me find the suggested substitutes
cos are out of stock from Mouser And I Don't Really know how to choose the right Components For substitutes

Mathew if you will look at the bottom of the mouser page it will tell you how many similar components they identified. If the basic specs are the same it will generally work if the number is slightly different. Once you have their suggestions for a replacement, then you can use the basic info to do a in-stock search and get the parts you need ordered. Hope this helps get ya going.

You can find other similar parts on mouser too, by doing what Bob said above. They have like 20 different LM7805 voltage regulators.
