Component identification

Dear All

Can anyone help me to identify these two components, please? Normally, I would just check with ther datasheet archives but the results are confusing. Sorry if I'm being dim. I've copied the numbers on the packages exactly.

A61967 case = TO 220 (I think this is an SCR)
A68063 case = TO220 (I do not know what this is)

These are transistors, you need to solder them away from board and test with ohmmeter.

What does the silk screen say?

What does the appliance do?
