Component Identification

Hi guys, I need help identifying these 2 transistor looking components. I cannot cross reference them at all. Any help is appreciated.

If you mean the device marked AEG 4082, I think that it is a thyristor.

The clue is in the letters down by the legs of the device:

K = cathode
A = anode
G = gate

Not a very clear picture, could be an 8 or a 9

However, nice call on the KAG labelling

AEG T9-5N(something) - the last part is the voltage rating. eg.

the BBCC106B is a silicon 50Hz thyristor

It is a 600V, 11A SCR - a type of thyristor. Its gate trigger current (Igt) of less than 25mA puts it in the class of "sensitive gate" thyristors.
