component identification / equivalent

i mean that 4-457

seems an op.amp, i would like to get a datasheet, or a pinout, to identify an equivalent.

It looks like Motorola's mark. It has a in-house part number and is in a very old metal case.

Sure, draw the circuit with the (des)integrated circuit on a sheet
of paper and upload it. There can't be much more than a handful of
components connected to the unknown circuit.
And put the board on a scanner, that's always better than a fuzzy
picture from a camera.

Actually, the camera will usually do better with 3-D images. But to make it a decent shot, YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOME LIGHT!!!

Since it says "Q3" beside it, It is Probably a Transistor.
With 3 Leads from it.
But I don't recognize the Number.

I Found a 4-458 which is an NPN Transistor.
Possibly this is a PNP, but can't find a reference to it.

the componenet number Q3 indicates perhaps it is a transistor.

hehe, sorry for the picture difficult to understand, but, the case is the same of an o.amp, it have 6 pin.

so my assumption is that is an op.amp. There are + / - 12 V near it.

yes, the Q mean transistor, sure, there are other int he board. I've measured it, It is a double NPN transisotr, so problem is solved now. Thanks again.
