i am stuck with this comparator. can anyone find any fault with it? and how to determine the dimension(length/width) of the nmos.(by the way, the nmos is given by my teacher)
I think you need to post the model you used for the NMos too because it doesnt show up without it in LT Spice. I dont want to guess at what NMOS you are using so if you post the model with it we can take a look. Unless someone else here has the model.
