You could use an Arduino with it, but you would still require a uC of much more power to drive it.

For instance, if you had an arduino project and wanted to display images on the screen, the arduino would talk to the driver circuit and start the process.

With a 24 bit color screen of that resolution, you are gonna need a powerhouse to drive it. You can have a separate RGB signal to each and every pixel.

You may look into one of the arduino shields that supports RGB displays. the shield may have the umph required to drive this. AND it would already be setup for the arduino.

For $22 including shipping, this is worth it, even if you were gonna put it in the parts box until you get into more powerful uCs, or you have a project that it would be "perfect" for.
