I will build a high voltage boost converter with adjustable input voltage. The coil must be designed because it is there are no available coil for a value of 1000 uH (zie figure).
How I can design a this?

First you Need to Find a Suitable Ferrite Rod or Core.
You also need to give More Info. Such as currents and Voltages.
A Schematic would be Helpful.

But 1000 uH seems like quite a large inductor for this purpose.

why you asked me by posting a thread that I only found by chance, rather than emailing or private messaging, I don't know... especially since I have recently been asking questions about inductor sizes so I obviously don't know much about the subject... :roll:
