the mic which iam using has 2 pins...but no clap detection.
Maybe your microphone is a real condenser one that will not work in this circuit. Electret mics have been used for years in the western world because they are very inexpensive and work well. They have been used in kids toys, phones and recorders. Is the pin that is connected to its metal case connected to the circuit's ground?

Maybe your BC549 transistor has too much current gain for the two base resistors so it is saturated all the time.
Measure its collector voltage then tell us what it is.
