RC planes, uses high frequency PWM to control servos.

You have not answered any of the questions and "pls give me this diagran and pcb lay out soon" is not answering the questions. This is likely because you don't know what you actually want beyond walkie talkie.

Now, in keeping with off topic but interesting is the LOS (Line of Sight) thing and wave propogation. This is a good basic read on the subject of radio wave propogation. It keeps things relatively simple.
