Here goes and forgive me if this sounds a bit of a strange question.
For sometime now while experimenting with electronics I have pondered on the idea of if it's possible or practical to create a circuit that shows the flow of the the entire circuit.
I had this thought when my son asked me how this and that worked on a circuit I built for a 6 digit clock.I thought it would be good to show how each component worked within a circuit and how they manipulated another component.
I'm thinking that LED's or similar could be used.
Not sure really how to best explain what I'm asking so I hope you understand!!
Any thoughts on this..be gentle with me.
