circuit help

hey! guys. i found an interesting circuit and want to build it. but i am not understanding few things in circuit that what number of ics are to be used for TX2 B and RX2 B mean if i simulate it which Ics to be placed? i mean there must be a number or part number of these Ics, in pictures i've included? and what part number and values must be used(Resistor, Cap, and Transistor)? and what is this "Hall affect sensor? i've downloaded these from

Is this possible the right Chip ?

The Hall Sensor could be an TLE 4905L.

The IR receiver is possible an integrated IR receiver Chip with integrated demodulator like the TSOP 1736 or the SFH 5110.
Look for the used frequency of transmitter to select the rigt one.
