circuit design(block diagram, schematic. logic diagram) using seven segment display that uses BCD counter that displays 3 different number, example when the count is 0001 in the counter the display in the 7 segment is{ 1}, when the count is 0010 the diplay is {4}, and when the count is 0011 the diplay is {3} and when the count is 0100 the display now is ack to {1}.

This circuit will do what you said, but what happens when the count is 0101? Or don't you care?
