Chinese MMA/MIG welder

Hello,

I have inverter welding maschine Boxer MMA/MIG 300.
Maschine working about 10min and from then have no output. All display is 0.00 and when i measure DC site output is 0V.
So i open the maschine and measure all IGBT on the board. All working ok, all capacitator is ok....
I have replaced control chip UC3846N and still not working.
On DC site i have 300VDC.

What can i do ?

Did you do the troubleshooting in the manual? Are you sure you didn't trip your power circuit breaker in the mains electrical box?

Yes the circuit braker is ok.... I have supply on AC and DC side. Fan inside spins...
On display i have 0.00 and no output on clamps...
do you have datasheet from transformator EER-43

No, sorry, I just found the manual and offered a suggestion.

Looks like something fail and reson protection. So what makes it disable. That you have to check first. So first start step by step to the output. It cane thermic fail, relay drivers??
