Hi, I want to know where I can found this transistors or if its possible to find an other transistors doing the samr thing. Do you have the specs??? Thanks.

Hey mirko,
I can't find anything using the numbers that you described. Are there any other identification numbers on these transistors?

Its the good number my friend... I founded the specs. The tip 31 and the tip32 do a good jod at the place of them. Thanks a lot for the time you passed on this things.
