CCD Camera directly interfacable with uC

I am looking for a ccd camera with output that can directly be interfaced with a uC, 8 or 16 bit, serial or parallel. Any suggestions???

The CMU CAM as per the specifications seem to be a CMOS and not CCD
normally its very easy to interface CMOS cameras to microcontroller
there are certain modules called "CMOS camera module" (I have used C3088A ) which also uses CMOS and can be easily interfaced even with PIC or AVR microcontrollers.

Interfacing CCD directly with micrcontroller is bit difficult normally you will have to use a CCD front end driver or interface between microcontroller and CCD module

I want to Interface CCD/CMOS camera module with Microcontroller P89V51RD2.
Can anyone tell me which module is suitable for Interfacing with MCU P89V51RD2?

Is it possible to Interface any camera module with P89V51RD2 MCU?
