Cat scarer circuit wanted please!

Hiya all,

I'm after a simple circuit that will scare cats away from the rubbish bags in the garden....I'm fed up having chicken bones all over the lawn haha!i've seen a few ultrasonic cat scarer kits on the market, but i'd like to build something..any tried and tested circuits on offer ?

Electronic solutions are not always the best solutions. May I suggest putting your rubbish bags inside a bin (with a lid, of course) instead of leaving them loose? Cats don't tend to open bins very often.
