Caravan light 12V Fluro

Anyone have a circuit for these?

It has a board which has the following components on it
47mf 60V Cap
other small caps
power transistor A1012L switch
diode
2 resistors
glass fuse or perhaps a zenon tube or heat switch
small transformer
coil

If I short the glass fuse it takes power 4A plus but does not light ?

Spot on I think except for the glass tube thing which I will pull out and try to identify Thank you colin55

The glass tube is a 2-3 amp fuse
