Car Park control system using MPLAB and ISIS.

Hi guys !

Can anyone help me here and tell me how to connect the following components in ISIS. I am beginner. Components are:
1-PIC18F4520
2-SEG-MPX4-CC
3-LM016L
4-KEYPAD-PHONE

I really don't know how to make connections between them. Thanks in advance.

No, the it is not programmed. Please help me. I need to submit the design before next Monday i.e. 13-12-2010.
