capacitor with 3 legs

i have a remote with a damaged capacitor with 3 legs , its blue colour and has the words 4.0 mc tdkha written on it, is it a pass through cap or something else
what do you think it is, and where could i get one from

If it looks like this: FCR4.0M5 TDK Resonators it's a 4MHz ceramic resonator.

Yes, it's a 4MHz ceramic resonator.

Easiest place to find one is out of a duff remote control.

would jaycar or dick smith have one, are they a common item to find

I couldn't find them on either of their sites, but they aren't really component suppliers very much these days.
