Capacitor Identification

Thank you gentlemen, I will be replacing two of these on a 20 yr. old circuit board for an old Saab. Hopefully that will restore it to working condition.

I don't recall those style of capacitors as been particularly unreliable?.

But for the price of a couple of caps it's worth a try.
 
Its twin doesn't look very healthy. There is a fault somewhere on the board that controls the fuel pump relay. I don't have a schematic, but I've seen notes about another ECU units that explain similar circuitry. They use caps both as RC timers and to maintain a charge to operate the fuel pump relay. So, its a shot in the dark, but as you say not expensive.
