When posting to the forum, at the bottom of the page is a button "Add An Attachment", click this and below it will appear a field to type a filename and a button to "Browse". Click the "Browse" button and find your picture on your computer (must be gif, jpeg, jpg, png, tga or tif).
Hit "Submit" and bingo!
