Can someone identify this headphone jack?

Hey guys does anyone know what kind of headphone jack this is and where i can find one?

I do not know the answer to your ? but I do know if you put the subject under a light and turn off the flash. You will get alot better picture of the object. Also if you have a setting for close ups like flowers .. use that...
 
It's not a bad picture, but sometimes you can place a piece of paper over the flash to diffuse the light to get rid of the reflections.

What is it out of?

This almost looks like it accepts a jack with ring, sleave and tip or ring, sleave1, sleave2 and tip.

So, it would be helpful to see what normally plugs into this connector. This might plug into that connector. a 4 conductor 3.5 mm plug. **broken link removed**
