Can I believe on this stereo encoder and its channel separation quality? Please

Then can you find the circuit again, you were talking about? Want to see...
 
I looked for FM Stereo Encoder Circuit in Google Images just now and found HUNDREDS of circuits, some good and others not good.
 
Do they all need 38khz or its multiply values Xtals? Isn't it possible to design stereo encoder if designer want to design using 3.5Mhz or 4MHz or 10MHz or 12Mhz etc?
 
Back in Nov. some one asked about 32 and 19khz and xtals and some one responded:
Use the CD4060.
I can get crystals at 16.384mhz, 8.192mhz, 4.096mhz, and 2.048mhz.
All of which will work with the 74hc4060 (faster version) and by using Q4,5,6,7,8,9,10 you can get the two frequencies you need.
The CD4060 will not work well above 3mhz at 5 volts.

16.384mhz crystal use Q9 and Q10 divide by 512 and 1024
