Can a Uc interface Xport through SPI?

Hello.
Is it possible for a Uc to interface Xport through SPI?

Moreoever, can a 8051 handle all TCP/IP functions required for it to constantly send messages to Router through Xport?

Does it depend only on the size of memory that the 8051 owns?
