Is there a formula to calculate the Vout on a Boost Circuit. How does Inductance, Duty Cycle, Current, Capacitance impact the Output voltage?

Thanks

Boost converters use feedback to keep the output voltage steady. There should be a pin called feedback or something allong those lines. The IC will adjust the switching across the inductor to keep the voltage at the feedback pin constant. Assuming the inductor and capacitor are fairly good for the design the output voltage shouldn't depend on them.

If I remember correctly Converters run most efficiently at around 50% duty cycle.

Hope this helps
