bypassing BR0005 Bridge Rectifier

Apologize for noobness.
I have floor machine with dual speed function.
Mostly use only low speed. It is not functioning right and stuck at high speed.
Anyway for permanently bypassing that part and staying at low speed?

thank you for all help and apologize for lock of knowledge in this field.
