I need some of the TrenchMos transistors BUK106-50S, the production of which has been discontinued at NXP (Philips) semiconductors.
This device has an overload, overtemperature and short circuit protection and a flag output which is activated upon shutdown of the device.
I checked already Mouser and Digikey but none of them has it on stock.
Who knows a source please give me a note.
