Building a simple robot

I'm building a robot. It doesn't do a whole lot, it's mostly a project just to keep me occupied here on the ship. I've designed, on mspaint, a schematic. The idea is whenever a "1" is present, the motor spins one way, and whenever a "0" is present, the motor spins the other way. There are other components to this, but first I have to ensure that my motor control is right.

Is the posted schematic right? The red lines are supposed to indicate where I want current to be.
