Build a Remote!

i need to control my robot via a remote control, how to build such remote control ,

please help , even by any circuit because i can't find anything suitable for my useage.

what circuits do you need? send, receive, both? what are you sending? simple commands? complex? data? The universe is a very big place...

$24.95 for transmitter and reciever from VEX Robotics. The Reciever only outputs the PPM pulse train, so you need to decode it. I've been working on it off and on. There are a few websites that can show you how to decode with MCU or discreets.
