Broken mosfet on 5850oc Gigabyte,i need some help:)

Hello i have a broken mosfet on my card (5850oc from Gigabyte),i tryed to fix it but the broken mosfet does not work,the good thing is that there are two more identical mosfets on the graphic card and i need some help to recognize them,so i will post 2 pictures and maybe someone can help to,to find it so i can buy it.here are the pictures
