Bridge rectifier that takes AC and DC voltage input

Yes, but the only thing you have to beware of is the the peak voltage Is higher than the RMS, so if the circuit is designed to work from 10V AC, it might not work from 10V DC because the voltage on the filter capacitor will be 8.6V rather than 12.7V.
