Bridge rectifier that takes AC and DC voltage input

I was wondering if anyone know how to design a rectifier to take in DC and AC power input?

Bridge rectifiers will pass DC current without any special changes.

Would this IC be suitable to take in 10-28V AC or DC since the maximum RMS voltage is 70V?

From the rectifier output, I am only powering a couple of relays.

Yes. Any in this range, from 1S to 6S will be safe and effective up to 1/2 amp of load.

Yes, but the only thing you have to beware of is the the peak voltage Is higher than the RMS, so if the circuit is designed to work from 10V AC, it might not work from 10V DC because the voltage on the filter capacitor will be 8.6V rather than 12.7V.
