made a search with google and found out the site

u can make search through the engine of this site about both BPSK , QPSK[/url]
 
There is a 4 diode circuit called balanced modulator.

I havent got the circuit right now... :(

But your modulating signals have to be greater than the carrier signals... I guess this works only for BPSK...and not for QPSK.
