Bluetooth with PIC

i want to send data from mobile to the pic via bluetooth

i try to connect it with pic, and when i send the data by mobile "sending failed" appear

Wouldn't that be high for most pic 721kbps to 2.0Mbps

Uart would work I found a data sheet for RN-21
